Old Collegians' Association

The St Andrew's College Old Collegians' Association has two principal aims:

1. To cement and promote friendships established at the College.
2. To help with the growth and development of the College.

The Association seeks to do this by:

  • > Organising class reunions for each decade - usually held at the College.
  • > Communicating to members through College newsletters and magazines.
  • > Organising functions including the Annual Dinner and recent leavers' parties.
  • > Organising sporting events including golf, tennis and bowls tournaments.
  • > Organising and participating in Founders' Day activities.
  • > Organising meetings at home and around the world, including London, Sydney,
       Wellington and Auckland.
  • > Providing study scholarships in the form of fees assistance to sons and daughters of
       Old Collegians.
  • > Providing study awards for the Henry Dowling and GAM Hilson Scholarships.
  • > Travel assistance to students for sports and cultural trips.

Old Collegians’ Headquarters

The Old Collegians office is responsible for all activities and matters relating to ex-students of the College. It is located on the ground floor of Strowan House, adjacent to the boarders’ dining room, and is open from 8.30am to 3.30pm from Monday to Wednesday, 8.30am to 12 noon on Thursday, and by arrangement on Friday.
