Dayna Stirling new Head of Middle School

St Andrew’s has made a highly regarded internal appointment, with Dayna Stirling succeeding Matt Parr as the Head of Middle School.

Dayna brings extensive experience in pastoral care and student leadership, having served as a Dean for five years and, most recently, as the 2026 Senior Dean, supporting the Year 12 and 13 Deans.

Rector, Mark Wilson, says she brings “strong energy, proven leadership, and a deep understanding of the academic, pastoral and co-curricular needs of students in Years 9–11.

Dayna commenced the role at the start of Term 3, 2026.
