Our People
To Tātou Iwi
Our dedicated team of educators and support staff value each student. Together, they foster a safe and collaborative learning environment, ensuring students feel confident to inquire, explore, and seek support.
Our dedicated educators
Our teachers understand the holistic nature of learning. It is cognitive, as well as emotional and social. Our teachers are passionate, highly skilled and responsive educators, many of whom are recognised nationally and internationally in their areas of expertise. They are committed to teaching the College’s learning values alongside their subject areas, encouraging students’ creativity, the ability to think and question critically, to collaborate, to self-manage and to contribute positively to the world in which they live.
Our teachers are life-long learners themselves. Inquiry and reflection are at the core of what they do. Teachers undertake regular professional learning to develop their knowledge and practice in order to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners. Positive relationships between students and teachers, centred on learning, are a particular strength of our St Andrew’s College community.
Our Rector
"At St Andrew’s College, students collaborate in our co-ed environment to share experiences and learn from each other's unique perspective. Our students leave us with a distinct advantage, knowing how to navigate our diverse world."

Our inspiring Teachers
Having an inspiring teacher leaves a lasting impact, extending beyond school. Teachers, after parents, wield significant influence in a young person's life, dedicating time to nurture, develop, and shape the children entrusted to their care.

Our Governance and Executive Teams
A school is only as good as its leaders. The responsibility for the strategic direction and educational, financial and reputational success of St Andrew’s College rests with an elected Board of Governors and the Executive teams.
