At St Andrew's College, we are committed to leading the way in sustainability and innovation. This year, our Annual Giving campaign focuses on a transformative project: installing solar panels across our campus.
By contributing to this initiative, you will help us achieve significant financial savings, promote environmental stewardship, and provide invaluable educational opportunities for our students.

Why Solar Panels?

By reducing our power costs, we can free up budget and help keep our costs as low as possible, ensuring that St Andrew's College remains accessible to all families.

Solar panels will significantly reduce our carbon footprint, modelling sustainable practices for our students and wider community, and promote environmental stewardship.

Solar panel data provides a hands-on learning tool for students by offering real-life examples of renewable energy, sustainability, climate change, and data analysis.
Our Goal
Our goal is simply to raise as much money as possible to install as many solar panels as we can.
We have identified where we could house 300 solar panels across 4–5 different buildings around the campus.
Each panel costs $1000 and would generate on average 4–5 kWh per day per kW of installed solar capacity.
Every donation to our annual appeal brings us one step closer to a greener, more sustainable future.

Join our True Blue Society
Once you have contributed to our Annual Giving appeals for five years or more, you will automatically become a member of the True Blue Society.
