In addition to our Secondary School Open Day, we run an information evening specifically for families looking at entry into Year 9. The event takes place a couple of weeks after our Open Day, providing a useful introduction to life at St Andrew’s.
Year 9 Information Evening
Our Year 9 Information Evening provides you and your child with a helpful introduction to life at St Andrew’s College, including what they can expect in their first year of Secondary School.

Venue: St Andrew's College Centennial Chapel, 347 Papanui Road, Strowan, Christchurch

You will hear from several speakers, including students who will share their personal experiences with the Year 9 programme, and learn about the range of subject choices on offer at St Andrew’s. We will also share how we support students as they transition into Secondary School. Rector Mark Wilson, Head of Secondary School Evert van Florenstein, and Head of Middle School Matt Parr will all make an address. Our College Registrar, Lynn Smith will also provide details on the enrolment process.
