Each year, our Boarding Roadshows give families from across the South Island the opportunity to learn more about boarding at St Andrew’s College in a relaxed and informal setting. These events are a chance to meet members of our boarding team, current boarding students, and boarding families, and to ask questions about life as a boarder.

What happens at a Boarding Roadshow

Boarding Roadshows are informal events held in regional locations, usually at the beginning of Term 1. Families can speak with boarding staff, hear from current students and parents, collect information, and gain a clearer sense of whether boarding at St Andrew’s is the right fit for their child.

Some events are attended by student Heads of Boarding, and the College also attends selected Agricultural and Pastoral Shows (A&P), where families are welcome to visit our marquee for a conversation and information pack.
