Annual Golf Tournament 2023

The annual OCA Golf Tournament was held at Waitikiri Golf Course on Friday 28 April. The course was in pristine condition and a large field of 113 golfers teed off on a warm autumn day. This included Old Collegians, current students, staff, and guests. A big thanks to Chris Timbs (OC 1990) for the obligatory pre-golf sausages.

Ross Gilmour (OC 1972) had a successful day on-course and won the Old Collegians Cup for the Best Round of the Day, with Janet Nicholls, once again, taking out the Women’s Section.

Thank you to Michael Simcock (OC 2011) for all the hard work organising this tournament, Mike Johnston (OC 1974) for organising the prizes, and to the generous sponsors who donated over 100 prizes for the raffle. Special mention to Kevin Simcock who tallied up the cards and Rod Templeton (OC 1972) for hosting us at Waitikiri. We look forward to seeing you again next year!
